I like extroversion, feeling motivated and energetic around people; I tend to use intuition more than perceptions, so I tend to focus my attention on the big picture rather than the small details, as well as what could happen in the future more than attention to reality. I often reason over emotions and tend to value objective criteria rather than personal preference.

When deciding, I often rely on logic rather than outside factors. Besides, I am not in a hurry to assess or make a critical judgment soon; instead, I always see the problem flexibly and change it depending on the circumstances. With these factors, I think in teamwork, I will excel at coming up with unique and new solutions to difficult problems, although usually, I don't plan the project.

Having a deep understanding of how things and relationships work, I will improve efficiency while working on the team. With a non-judgmental personality and always open-minded, skillful in communication with flexible language ability, I communicate well with everyone on the team, thereby improving team performance. Teamwork also helps me explore different possibilities at work; therefore, I can come up with ideas and solutions to solve problems in the team.
